* We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes
* Shipping is determined during checkout according to your zip code.

Returns & Replacements

100% satisfaction is Wildflower & Presley’s  goal!  If you are not pleased refer to the policy below:

* Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
* All products must be in orginal and sealed packaging

* Sale Items are all final sale.  NO REFUNDS
* If you were shipped the wrong item or an item was damaged, please contact customer service    immediately.
* Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless a shipping error has occurred.
* Complete the returns form included with invoice.
* Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment and you will receive a notification email.  Please send all returns, insured, along with the original invoice and returns form, in the original packaging to:

Ordering
* Orders will be shipped withing 48 hours of order placement depending on availabity.  If item isn’t available then an email will be sent immediately with other available options or you will be given a full refund.
* Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays.
* Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
* Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery.
